Abstract:

In the digital age, the traditional content and teaching methods of management courses may not be able to meet the needs of students, and therefore require reform and innovation. The paper first discusses the challenges of management programs, including outdated course content, lack of practical opportunities, limitations of tradition--al teaching methods, and inadequate assessment and feedback.
