Ayurveda stated this marvelousconcept “Ritucharya” which gives the logical reasoning {\&}amp; vision to see beyond the limits, the science of what we should do {\&}amp; not {\&}amp; why we should do it, in the different seasons. Ayurveda has depicted various rules and regimens, regarding diet and behavior to acclimatize seasonal enforcement easily without altering body homeostasis. Ayurveda in equal parlance to the modern Science has explained in detail the reasons of different types of season which we see and effect of different seasons on our body.
