Abstract:
It is necessary to implement the cooperative learning in the multiethnic formal schools at North Moluccas not only enabling the students to comprehend the learning concept but also enhancing the students’ awareness in order to show respect, trust, and acceptance on the ethnic differences. The multicultural education should be improved creatively by integrating the students from different ethnics by the implementation of multiethnic based learning strategy. It is expected that positive values can be engrafted by the implementation of the learning strategy in order to develop the harmony among varioue ethnics. Such learning strategy can be applied in every discipline learning, including biology learning.
