Abstract:

Language is a tool for communication, and the fundamental goal of learning language is to endow the learners with the ability to talk with others in the language they have learned. Oral communication is the most important and most common form of communication. With the prosperity of China's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of Confucius's colleges, more and more attention has been paid to the Chinese international education , Chinese international education refers to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language for foreigners whose native language is not Chinese. But the oral English teaching has not attracted people's attention. There may be many reasons.
