Research determined the relation, association and impact of job satisfaction factors and its dimensions on employee`s performance in the faculty. Total sample size of research is 86 members of teaching staff from the faculty (male =46 and female =40). SPSS was used to analyze the data. Research applied chi- squared or (x²) and regression analysis. Research examined that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction factors and employee's performance.
